For the acquisition and analysis of signals from our diamond detectors we have developed the versatile readout and analysis system ROSY®. This system operates at 5 GS/s and 250 MHz including standard trigger functionalities of a digital oscilloscope. Data is processed in real-time in the integrated FPGA. A Linux-based device server connects via Ethernet the control system or the desktop, where a Graphical User Interface provides easy access to the data for on-line monitoring. ROSY® AX106 provides real-time, dead-time free acquisition and analysis of detector signals.
