Data Acquisition System
The ROSY® AX106 high-resolution Data Acquisition System is made for spectroscopic measurements with CIVIDEC diamond detectors. It provides particle spectra and rates in real-time. ROSY® AX106 has an integrated power supply for detector bias and amplifier power for up to 4 channels. It is remotely controlled via a browser-based GUI or the provided API.

The input and output connections are provided on the rear side of ROSY® AX106. 4 input channels (A-D) are provided in addition to an external trigger input. Bias1 - Bias4 can be configured as bias voltage supplies for the detector bias, either 0 ... 500 V or 0 ... 50 V. LV_1 - LV_4 can be configured as +12 V or ± 15 V source for amplifier power.

The picture shows the configuration for the S8 Diamond Proton Recoil Telescope System, with Bias1 providing 0 ... 500 V, Bias2 providing 0 ... 50 V and LV_1 providing +12 V for the amplifier power.
A browser-based Graphical User Interface (GUI) is provided for the remote control of ROSY® AX106. The settings for each input channel can be individually set. A coincidence analysis is available, if the system is used with a Telescope measurement setup. The power is controlled via the provided pop-up window.

The recorded spectra, signal rates and exemplary signals for the used channels are monitored on different tabs. The coincidence spectra are monitored for Telescope setups. Data is saved in HDF5 format and downloaded via the 'Download' button.
An oscilloscope mode is available in the GUI, to facilitate the measurement setup and to allow trouble shooting in the experimental setup phase. The displayed data can be downloaded in HDF5 format for offline analysis.

The actual measurement values are displayed in a pop-up window on mouse-over in all monitors of the GUI. The graphs are zoomable on x and y, where the Zoom is reset on double-click. All graphs can be downloaded as graphics files by clicking on the 'camera' symbol in the top right corner of the graphs.
Diamond Detectors in CROCUS
A reactor physics research campaign at the CROCUS reactor at EPFL, Lausanne/Switzerland, has led to the development of our compact design detectors. The A7 Diamond Thermal-Neutron Monitor is used with a compact B6-C detector for in-core measurements at this research reactor. ROSY® provides the spectra of thermal neutrons, γ and fast-neutrons in real-time with the Selective Spectroscopy Application.
Telescope for neutron beam monitoring at EC-JRC
The Diamond Proton Recoil Telescope was developed in collaboration with EC-JRC, Geel/Belgium, for neutron beam monitoring at the mono-energetic neutron beam lines of the new Van de Graaff accelerator.
