The C2-HV Broadband Amplifier is a low-noise current amplifier with an analog bandwidth of 2 GHz and 40 dB gain. Its speed is optimized for the use as front-end amplifier for diamond detectors. It has an integrated Bias-Tee.
The C2-HV is the ideal front-end amplifier for single particle detection and fast timing applications.

The C2-HV Broadband Amplifier is an non-inverting, bipolar current amplifier with high gain. The speed and the high bandwidth of the amplifier is optimized for the use as front-end amplifier for diamond detectors. In combination with the low equivalent input noise figure of 0.4 μA, this amplifier is best suited for single MIP particle detection.

The C2-HV Broadband Amplifier has an excellent linearity in the full output range of ±1 V, with an effective gain of 43 dB.
The 50 Ω input impedance allows using very long detector cables between detector and amplifier input. The 50 Ω output impedance allows using very long measurement cables between amplifier output and oscilloscope.
